Rajan Lashand

Rajan is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0317875). He has degrees in both Law and Commerce (Accounting and Finance), is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer and provides a personalised and professional service by working closely with his clients so they can achieve their goals and legal needs. Rajan commenced employment with Sabdia Lashand in 2001 before taking a break to pursue other business interest in 2009. He owns and operates an import and wholesale food business in South East Queensland but has returned to his first love and passion – the law.

Having over 15 years’ experience in both business and law, he is well equipped to advise on food safety, food licencing requirements, leasing, business purchases and sales and franchising. Rajan is an accredited approved person for imports and clearances with the Department of Agriculture and Australian Customs. Rajan is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a qualified Justice of the Peace (83804). He is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
